Don’t Breakfast until after lunch.

Insulin is the key to controlling our fat storage. When you eat, is just as important as what you eat. Each time we eat the hormone insulin is produced in order to control storage of the energy into our cells. Reducing the amount of time between meals also will reduces the level of energy (fat) storage.

I have been eating One time a day for about a year and have seen and felt amazing results in my own Health.
