2018 was a comfortable blur for me. I managed to avoid the carbs and enjoy the good fats.

This last week I listened to the audio book: “The Obesity Code” by Dr. Jason Fung and I suggest it to everyone especially if you are interested in the way our bodies use and store energy.

An intense comprehensive book covering everything ever studied about keto you want to know. I’m only half way through this one and would describe it as the text book of the ketogenic Diet.

I have also been enthusiastically learning Mexican Spanish.
