Time

“Any idiot can choose a frame of time within which something doesn’t matter.” ~ This was slightly rephrased from Jordan B Peterson’s Book, 12 Rules for Life. I began a blog post about it because, I have heard the phrase, perhaps even used it “What will it matter a hundred years from now?”. It never seemed to sit quite well with me, to leave a situation knowing I could have done more or better, my mind will dwell upon the thought of the situation with regret and a longing to correct it. So… I’m thinking, of my ingrained values or preprogrammed operating system, to do what is meaningful and not what is expedient is perhaps “at the front” or a strong characteristic of my overall thought process. Many times and often I give more time to a task than originally allocated.
