On my Keto Diet, one or two days a week I have margaritas, chips and sometimes beer but Nonetheless I am still seeing fat loss results.
My personal diet includes eating in a two hour window five days a week. So I’m not only implementing a ketogenic spectrum of food but also allowing intermittent fasting to do the amazing things that it does.
After my cheat day or days I will hop back on my regular schedule and physically feel the moment when my body has switched on the fat burning usually about 3 days later. The feeling I would describe as similar to the effect of caffeine.
