I’m on day five of a change to a carnivore diet and a move to eating in the morning rather than right before bed at night. The carnivore part seems to be the easier change except skipping my usual cheat day, that was tough. Moving my eating time is an attempt to get better sleep because we are supposed to be healing during sleep time not digesting food.
Update: I’m on day 8 of my diet change. I’m having a bit of trouble actually getting to and staying asleep. I also have a bit of acidity blood symptoms that taking a calcium magnesium d3 supplement seems to fix. I’m looking into adding in more alkaline foods.
